Our Process

Our role at Prism Solutions is to professionally manage the entire process of the sale from start to finish so that business owners can concentrate on meeting the needs of their customers. And, we only charge a fee when the sale is completed.

Confidentiality is essential during the sale of a business to maintain the confidence of current customers. We work with sellers to understand their business, objectives and then devise a strategy. We identify the resources needed to prepare financials and materials for a sale, to locating, qualifying and ensuring the confidentiality of prospective buyers. Once we have buyer interest, we help manage and negotiate through valuation, financing hurdles and any other issues that arise in the process.
