The most common question is “Just how much is my business is worth?” We identify the right experts to evaluate your business in an honest and objective review. This initial meeting is arranged by Bill Sauve, president of Prism who also can bring in business, accounting, and legal services if needed. There is no additional charge to discuss all aspects of the business sale/acquisition. Prism clients are assured of the best possible sale terms and conditions.
We are committed to meeting the goals of our clients for their business. That’s why we don’t charge upfront fees. We ask only that clients give us a reasonable time period to achieve a successful outcome. We are paid from final proceeds on the completion of a sale. If for any reason a purchase agreement cannot be completed in the agreed upon timeframe, the business seller does not owe fees. This arrangement aligns Prism’s interests with that of both sellers and buyers who want a successful agreement with terms that meet needs on both sides.
